Emily has had a passion and love for teaching as long as she can remember! She thinks it's in her genes because she grew up watching her mom teach elementary school children.

Emily teaches in studio and online lessons. She is also on faculty at the Forest City String School and is a certified Suzuki Unit 1 teacher.
For young students, Emily creates a balance in lessons between technique, musicianship, fun, and play! She is also sensitive to the technical challenges and needs of older students starting to learn or coming back to their instrument.
